Special Conditions.
Firm Lots at Pok-for-lum will be sold subject to the following special conditions:
1st. These Lots, consist of diverse plots. The annual rent for each Lot, will be charged at the rate of 5 Dollars per acre per Annum and will be held on lease for a period of 21 years from the day of Sale.
